Bookkeeper & Office Assistant Benefits:

• Salary of $35,000-$40,000 annually, depending on experience

Daily tasks for Bookkeeper & Office Assistant:

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings
• Generate financial statements and reports for clients
• Answer calls & assist with some general office admin tasks

Requirements for Bookkeeper & Office Assistant:

• 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
